It was just P.E.R.F.E.C.T, nothing to complain about this lovely place. The hospitality of the owner was the 1st nice surprise ; we felt very welcome, almost like being invited by a friend... When entering the flat, we were again nicely surprised at a very clean, nice, spacious room as well as a stylish kitchen - definitely very good value for money. Also, it's situated in the heart of the old town as described on the web site, which allowed us a very easy access to every corner of the city. Next time when we visit Naples, we'll definitely go back to "il Sorriso"!

I am very happy with the premises managed by Laura and Bruno at Via Duomo. It was the best accommodation we had on our trip in Europe - apart from one very upmarket Hotel we stayed in in Rome to escape an abysmal apartment we rented there. I would recommend this premises to anyone

We really liked it at this B&B. The room was really good, the breakfast was perfect and even though there is a lot of noise in the city, you don't hear anything once you are insight! Furthermore, the location of the B&B is really good, since it is in the middle of the centre!

The apartment was gorgeous, location ideal, host exceptionally friendly and accommodating and the apartment looked better in real life than on the internet. Would strongly recommend this as a base in Naples, particularly as the Ciannellis were so lovely.

Historical centre of Naples is within the walking distance of the B&B Il Sorriso, the rooms are cleaned every day, which is not a usual practice in the B&B's elsewhere. They are bright and spacious. Although it is situated on one of the main streets, there is hardly any noise heard in the rooms. The owners, Mrs. Laura and Mr. Bruno, are sincerely kind and helpful. Me and my friend stayed in Naples during the vulcano incident and Mr. Bruno was even so kind to offer us help with the transport, first to the airport, and since the flight was cancelled, later to the railway station where he took us by car. I highly recommend this B&B to all kind of travellers.

Laura e Bruno sono due ospiti eccezionali: accoglienti, gentili e premurosi. Ci si sente in un attimo a casa e, cosa da non trascurare, si esce dal portone e ci si immerge subito nel centro storico, fra profumi, colori e calore napoletano!

My first time in Naples and also the best italian breakfast we had in Italy. Laura, the owner, made us felt llike in home, sharing kind and nice talking breakfast with her guests. Excelent place to stay. Clean, comfortable, friendly, well located and near the most famous pizzeria in Naples. If I visit Naples ever again, I will surely choose Il Sorriso to stay. I highly recommend this place. Cara Laura, grazie mille!!
